Max is the founder and steward of growth at Critical Brokerage Services. He leads the expansion of the company through agent acquisition, agent development, strategic sourcing, and high-level customer relationships. Max represents CBS in key customer meetings, travels with agents to support complex opportunities, and ensures the company's brand, culture, and standards are consistently upheld. As CEO, Max serves as the face, voice, and cultural anchor of CBS, shaping the vision, setting the tone, and building the people and partnerships that drive long-term growth.
Roman Velychko
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Roman is the founder and owner of CBS's operational, financial, and risk infrastructure. He architected the company's carrier vetting and compliance framework, along with the systems, controls, and safeguards that protect the business as it scales. Roman oversees carrier qualification, compliance, technology setup, operational security, accounting, payments, credit management, and claims. He works closely with internal leadership and external legal partners to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory discipline, and risk containment.

Full-Cycle Operations Coverage
CST operates across multiple shifts to provide continuous coverage for every shipment. They handle carrier coordination, load monitoring, exception management, delivery scheduling, and real-time problem resolution.
When a carrier breaks down, a delivery window changes, or documentation needs updating at 3 AM, CST manages it. Agents maintain customer relationships. CST runs the operations.
This infrastructure enables CBS agents to handle enterprise-scale freight without building their own operations department. The model is selective and built for complex, time-sensitive logistics that require precision execution.
